Mark,

I just tried uploading two images > 700 pixels and still get the error. This is an example why we need a Troubleshooting sub-forum.

The image must be at least 0 pixels wide, 0 pixels high and at most 700 pixels wide and 700 pixels high. The submitted image is 1713 pixels wide and 1674 pixels high.

The image must be at least 0 pixels wide, 0 pixels high and at most 700 pixels wide and 700 pixels high. The submitted image is 800 pixels wide and 931 pixels high.

Mark,

I see that the image you uploaded was 888 x 446 pixels for a total of 396,048 pixels which is well below the 700 x 700 total of 490,000 pixels. Is the total number of pixels the determinant?

Apparently not as I just tried one at 426,400 pixels.

The image must be at least 0 pixels wide, 0 pixels high and at most 700 pixels wide and 700 pixels high. The submitted image is 533 pixels wide and 800 pixels high.

Any chance you can email me the pic you can't seem to upload so I can test it?

Mark,

I find it somewhat frustrating that having responded to a topic I forget to subscribe to the topic. Would it not be better to have the subscription automatic when a response is made :?:

To not subscribe or to unscribe would then be a manual decision.

This may lead to more posts as we often respond only when a topic reply notification is received.

Thanks,

Stuart

Stuart...that is a good way to fill your incoming email box. Then we would have to "un-subscribe" from a topic. I actually subscribe to probably 3 or 4 topics. But I always have an open window and check the forum daily. I sure would not want to subscribe to every topic I have posted in.

Ed,

I much prefer to have my inbox "filled" rather than to miss posts to topics to which I have responded. I was used to having notifications sent automatically when I replied to or started a topic on another forum and prefer that method.

I don't go online to the forum every day as a matter of course but would always respond to a notification.

Stuart...
I think your idea is actually a good one. (Hey..I can change my mind). I remember I missed a response to a thread that I was involved with and like 5 posts were posted before I got back in the game. I was 'out-of-sync'. Good idea Stuart.

Is it possible to have the member list sorted in alphabetical order? When searching for a member this would be rather more efficient than having to scroll through each page.

Mark,

Excellent and I should have thought of that. Sometimes these features are missed because there is no visual indicator that a control is there.

Thanks,
