Lancashire Hussars Yeomanry

Postby Suentimb » 17 Jul 2013 18:45

Hello all...
I just thought I'd let you know about our group of mounted Hussars. We are a new group representing the Lancashire Hussars Yeomanry of the period 1900 to 1918, we are at present equipped for 1914 but slowly acquiring uniform for the earlier period. We are a mounted group so the ability to ride is useful !
If this might interest you drop me a line at suentimb@yahoo.co.uk

Hi...
We were lucky enough to obtain a medal to one of the Lancashire Hussars recently from a chap in the USA. It has come home !!

Tim, which earlier uniform are you going for, the alternative full dress adopted post Boer War or the full dress worn prior? Trooper
