RM Depot at Deal, Kent

Postby stuwismulGen » 15 Jun 2015 03:08

Does anyone know if there is a history/ article about the RM Dept at Deal, Kent - I’m particularly interested in the RMLI cadets there in the 1900s and the stuff I’ve looked at so far skips over this Depot and this period.
Thanks in advance for any assistance

Yes I have re-checked them online and they certainly have lots of stuff fm WW1 onwards but not too much on the Deal Depot. I might email them though and see if they can suggest something
Many thanks

Thank you Dan and Frogsmile.

Following your suggestions I've looked at http://royalmarinesbands.myfreeforum.or ... _4511.html and also the Deal Museum website- both very interesting and useful.

Kind regards
