RN and 1901 Census

Postby stuwismulGen » 10 Jun 2015 00:45

Greetings. Can anyone pls advise - I've lost an ancestor who apparently signed up briefly to the RN..... would he have missed being recorded in the 1901 census if they were at sea on a training run - even if it was only for a couple of days ?

Many thanks

He will have a service record, have you looked to see where he was in 1901?
