Coronation and Jubilees

In his book The Tenth Royal Hussars (Leo Cooper Ltd. London. 1969) Michael Brander states

"In 1896 Lt.-Colonel Fisher-Childe succeeded Col. C.M. Wood in command, and in June 1897 the Tenth returned to Aldershot, where they were promptly engaged in the celebrations for Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee. With the exception of the Household Troops, they were probably the only regiment present at the coronation of Queen Victoria and both Jubilees.

Can anybody argue with the last statement or is it correct?
