Commandant - Lieutenant-Colonel
3 Military Professors (Officers)
20 Military Teachers (Majors and Captains). Also acted as Company Officers.
4 Civil Instructors
44 Non-Commissioned Officers acting as teachers.
To the best of my knowledge, all of the above, except for the Civil Instructors were serving Officers and NCO's posted from their Regiments/Corps to the RMC. In addition, there were a Lieutenant-General acting as the RMC Governor, 2 Surgeons and a Chaplain on the rolls.
Seems a bit odd, but there is no Adjutant listed.
As far as posting to Regiments, I believe the Foot Guards, Household Cavalry, Rifle Brigade and Kings Royal Rifle Corps required that the Colonel accept new Officers into those Regiments.
Hope this helps...
