Wondering if I can get some help with dating a pith helmet. There's so many similar types. Not sure if this is post 1902 or pre. Any help would be great. Thanks.

I'm not familiar with this type.
The peak is too flat for a Victorian helmet, and the 4 panel construction is not commonly seen in British foreign service helmets.

American pattern four seam panel looks pre 1900s ( 1895 Pattern ? )..Holds ten cork spacers as typical for US.

Though it Seems a little flat at the front & rear, most likely from storage or cracked cork ?
