Dedication memorial plaque located at front gate to St Thomas Church, North Sydney, NSW to Lieutenant William Rupert Harriott NSW Mounted Infantry who died at the "Battle of Diamond Hill", South Africa June 12th1900. Aged 23yrs.

Thanks for posting, he also is remembered in St James Anglican Church, Sydney.

Harriott of C'Sqn. 1st NSW Mounted Rifles died of wounds Diamond Hill 13.6.1900
His grave is apparently in Diamond Hill Cemetery
