Winchester revolver

This revolver (see pics) by family oral history was used in the Boer War, perhaps in the Queenstown area of the Eastern Cape by one of the volunteer units. Can anyone shed any further light on it?

"dennis g" is correct...or it is a Spanish copy that was an unauthorized manufacture.
