Can anybody give me any information in regard to the 2nd Battalion Kings Royal Rifle Corps involvement if any in The Maori Wars?
All i have found is a reference in their 1904 Chronicle that on 11th October 1870 they "started on Maori Expedition"

The 60th, or King's Royal Rifle Corps, never served in New Zealand.
The last British regiment to serve in New Zealand, the 18th Royal Irish left in February 1870.

With further digging i have found another entry in "A Brief History of The King Royal Rifle Corps 1755 - 1915" - On the 2nd Sept 1880 - "the 2nd Battalion left Kandahar to take part in the Mari Expedition" (The North West Frontier of India 1837-1901)
So its Mari not Maori.
